Personality: (Must be at least 4 sentences.) (Before she is in the Hunger Games) She is very sweet, quiet, and caring. She usually just does as she's told, not wanting to do anything wrong. Very soft-spoken, but she has very strong opinions about things. (In The Hunger Games) Lily is brave, strong, fierce,  and a good fighter. She is not afraid to kill.
Flaw: (At least 1) (At first) She doesn't speak up. (Hunger Games) She can be sarcastic at times, but people still tend to like her.
Talents:(Must list three) Perfect shot with bow (as perfect as any normal person can be anyway.) Usually gets what she wants, everybody loves her, good at horse back riding. Great fighter.

Now, her and Cato have to take care of Daisy and Millie because their mom is too upset to do anything. Her family is one of the most well known in District 2 and the Capitol.

Personality: Always really happy and always tries look on the bright side of everything. Cares about everybody, doesn't like seeing anybody upset. But, when he's around Lily he does get upset. Loves to be out in the woods or anywhere in nature and just relax.
Flaw: Sometimes he cares to much, which can get in the way.
Talents: Fighting, can usually get what he wants, everybody loves him.

Physical Appearance: Wavy bright blonde hair with gold streaks in it, that she always wears down. She has sapphire blue eyes. Naturally beautiful. Always is smiling.
Personality: Ashley is really popular. She loves swimming and being in or near the water. Always bright and smiling. Does like fighting when it comes to it though.
Flaw: Sometimes thinks she's better then she really is.
Talents: Good fighter, gets everything she wants, everybody loves her
Family/History
Family: Younger sister - Breezie
Pets: None
Brief History: Her parents were both killed for a crime that she isn't allowed to know of it was so bad. Her other sister, Sky was killed when she was only 2. Ashley and Breezie had to live on their own, Ashley was 8 and Breezie only 5. Now everybody knows them and Ashley helps hold everyone together when things get bad.

Hi there! I'm Rainy Pie, and if you have any questions feel free to ask me or any other staff member. Now, before we take a look at your first few characters, I'd like to clarify something that I'm worried you might be just a little bit confused about. Not every character automatically goes in the Games. We are currently in the middle of the 35th Hunger Games, so characters that are not tributes in there are roleplaying in the districts. Before every games, we have a reaping where characters are randomly picked, volunteers and NPC's are worked out, and we assemble a full list of tributes. This means that making a character does not guarantee they will be in the Games when you want them to be, and the Games can take a fair while to play out. Especially in more populated districts and career districts, such as District 2, the characters you want in don't always get picked. Since you posted in the districts already (before being accepted, which is against the rules, so please don't do that again until your characters are accepted, but Sor already went into that) I assume you understand the basics of that, but I just wanted to clarify in case you weren't sure. Unto your characters, which I'm afraid have several things that will need to be edited, but none of them should be too difficult.

I have compiled a list for each one because there are lots of little things to look at.

Lily has five prominent talents, but only one tiny flaw that is later removed and changed to another even tinier flaw. Please add another flaw or expand on her flaw as it is. Many of the sentences in her personality and appearance are not full/complete sentences, but that should be an easy fix. (Ex: 'Tall and skinny' should be changed to something like 'She is tall and skinny' at least. ) Also, as I said earlier, not all characters automatically go into the hunger games, so most of her personality doesn't apply yet, and thus the part that applies is less than the required amount of sentences. Her personality also seems to disagree with itself, but that's fine because people have contrasting elements in their personalities.

Cato's name needs to be changed. Common names (such as "Annie", as long as she's nothing like Annie from the books and not in District 4) from the books could be used, but Cato is a pretty unique name, not to mention he's also from the same district that Cato was in the books. Some of his personality and appearance is also not in full, complete sentences, and again not every character necessarily goes in the games when you want them to. Please elaborate on his flaw a little.

For Ashely, a lot of appearance and personality are not in full, complete sentences, again. It would be nice if you could elaborate a little on her flaw. Also, all three of your characters share two talents, so although you don't necessarily have to change them, it might be good to mix it up a little the more characters you make.

Please edit these things (most of them are little fixes, like adding a bunch of 'she is' stuff) and I or another staff member will come along and accept/review your characters so you can get started RPing in the districts! Thanks!
