Mars had to act quick to avoid Glyph's second attack, which took a lot more work than it should have. Before he could leave, something crashed through the trees onto the beach, it was the giant that had followed them earlier. A second looked told Mars that this was not the same giant. He saw the face of a tribute, whom he recognized as the district 1 girl. Mars felt no sympathy for the girl, she never really was an ally. Mars wanted to leave before things got ugly, he swung his arm hard attempting to leave some damage with Glyph.

Glyph tried to block both of the attacks, one right after another. He knew he had to escape this place somehow, or he would never make it out alive.The monster seemed familiar, and then Glyph put two and two together. The face from one of the Tributes that had flashed across the screen was staring him down as he thought of it. The more people you kill, the more mutts there will be, of course.  Glyph could still feel a burn in his throat but the adrenaline had kept his mouth moist for the time being.

The Jaden titan eyed the two and as they were on the beach and reached out to try and grab her murderer, catching Glyph in its line of fire due to its large range of motion. But as the titan's energy is focused on Deluna Glyph takes the opportunity to make a run for the tree line, leaving Deluna here waiting for her own opportune moment.

As the Jaden titan sent its last attack, Deluna used the opportunity to run towards the bee line and escape. It tried to move back to grab her one last time but was too slow though it did swipe her a little as she left.

Glyph took off at a full sprint on Deluna's heels heading for the mountain. TH emonster attacked yet again but Glyph was to tired and worn out to stop it attack him. As Deluna sped off at incredible speed Glyph watched as the Jaden monster thing attacked Deluna once more, and he knew that it would come after him next.
