| [center]Gemma smiled as her and her brother went off to the forest and she kept a good pace behind him. She had gotten her knives that she would use wisely and she was very excited to kill some tributes. He soon stopped as they were farther into the forest. It was dark in here, and you could hardly see anything. Gemma had an idea for that which wouldn't involve their matches that they had. She knew they had an empty water bottle and it'd be good if they would find a spring, and she knew if they looked around in the forest long enough.
"I think we should put some clothes on." Gemma said giggling and then she looked in the bags and she pulled out the navy blue shirt and some pants and then used a belt to hold her pants up, and soon she put the boots on. Her hair went up next and then she handed some clothes to Geoff. "After this we will go farther in and see what we come across, I think I saw a high land somewhere around here, but hard to determine direction here, since it's dark but I have an idea for that." She said and then pulled out the bright coloured shirts they had and made a quick bracelet with the strips she cut off and tied it on her wrist. Then she had made another one for Geoff. She cut a few extra strips from one of the shirts and then she tied it on the tree branch, so she wouldn't go round in circles. "Ready?" She asked. | |

| As the twins move forwards through the dark surroundings they can really on move forwards blindly. Sounds echo around them but it is so dark that they can't distinguish what is making them or where they are coming from. | |

| Gemma smiled as he mentioned the tributes without clothes and she began to giggle again. "It's so exciting, although we need to dispose of some of these before they chase after us." She said as she walking in further. Gemma came up and she grabbed his hand so she couldn't lose him, because it would be easy to do here. Gemma was trying to keep track where they were but it was difficult, because you could basically see nothing, although the dark didn't scare Gemma, only thing that scared her was losing Geoff, he was her twin brother and they did share a soul after all. She heard him with his next few words. "Well I was thinking of just keeping the shirts and belts and then we'd keep one extra pair of pants and boots. Burn the rest. The extra shirts could be used for anything we may need or want to use it for." She said and then heard him mention the berries and plants and he was right, it was way too dark to tell and she could easily get something mixed up, and who knew what the gamemaker had in store for the berries here. "Oh GG!" She said calling him by her pet name for him, "Should we make a light source of such to get our way through here? the match wont burn long on it's own so we gotta think of what to do, we have a few options of course." Gemma said and then she stopped but kept hold on his hand. | |

| The echoing sounds around them continued, and every so often the slight rustles of leaves moved around them. Nothing popped out at them though and the area around them was still. | |

| Gemma listened to Geoff as he spoke. He made sense and she thought about it for awhile, considering their options. She was pondering for awhile. Gemma wasn't even fazed by the sounds and the stillness of the forest, again she didn't fear a whole lot, she already lost her parents, and she watched them murder people, she hardly doubted that mutts would freak her out if that were the case. "Oh I know!" Gemma exclaimed with a bright smile on her face. "we could use feces, of course I don't know if we could ever see the feces of animals, unless we were to step in it, but who is to say that'll happen before we get horribly lost." Gemma said and she was pondering some more, one of them could use their own, but that was a last resort idea. | |

| The sounds around them came to a stop and nothing, not even the wind could be heard. It could be a warning..or simply just a sign that the weather was changing. Nothing else stood out to the Turners, at least nothing they could see. | |

| Geoffrey scrunched up his face in thought. "It might take a little while to find scat, though..." he trailed off. He hoped it wouldn't come to what he was sure he and Gemma were both thinking as a last resort, but i if it was necessary, they would do it. "How does one look for animal feces in the dark, anyway?" He stopped walking for a moment and squinted, but it seemed to still be too dark. "The wind changed," Geoffrey commented absent-mindedly as he walked around in squiggles, trying to 'accidentally' step in animal poop. "Should we... I mean... it's not like it's that much worse than anything we've seen or done by other people's standards, is it?" he was trying very hard not to burst out laughing in case someone or something that wold bother them was listening, but it was a funny thought. "If we have extra, we could just chuck it at people. Hard to fight that way, right?" Geoffrey giggled.

| With the lack of animals in the area, it looked like one of the twins would have to do their business in order to make the lamp work. A litte tremor came around, but did not feel like it was anywhere near them. | |

| Gemma had waited for her brother to come back, and once he had he had passed her the boot. She ignored it mostly, just for the fact she was more focused on light. She ended digging for her matches and she grabbed them out. First she used the string to make a handle to hold the boot, and then she grabbed the matches. Gemma pulled one out and she tried to strike it, if it ignited she'd drop it in the boot, and hopefully they'd get light. Gemma was silent as she was trying to focus on getting it to work, she wanted to find those mountains she thought she had seen awhile back, because if they were mountains that means fresh water would be near by, most of the times. You had to hope. | |

| Gemma's match lights as it strikes agains the rough surface of the box, and dropping it into the boot they now have a lantern of sorts....a dirty, dirty lantern, but a lantern none the less. Now with the light there range of view increases and they are able to see at least 100 fr or so in front of them, a large improvement from the 20ft or so they could see before they lit their lantern. Gemma and Geoffrey had a clear shot ofbthe path they should follow now. | |

| Gemma grinned as it began to light up the path and they could now see a clear path that they should be on. "Yay!" Gemma exclaimed and then she got up and she held the lantern. "We did a good job, Geoff!" She said excitedly as she skipped up to him and linked arms with him. They continued to walk down the path with arms linked singing little tunes. "This is going to be a good adventure!" She said and continued walking on with her lantern. | |

| as the twins moved forwards they noticed the trees become thinner and more light start to peek through the treetops. It looks like they have reaches the base of what appears to be the mountain that sits at the back of the island. | |
