| Viridiana walked onto the train and slowly drank in her surroundings. She new that the capitol was lavish compared to District 2, but she was almost awe struck by it. But, like always, she never portrayed any emotions that she did not think would give her an advantage, and surprise was not one of those emotions. She found a car that seemed to be for lounging and picked a nice chair in the corner. She liked being able to see the entire room and to know when people were going to enter the room. | |

|  Astrid had been tired. It wasn't that normal tired you get that you can go through, but she's done this two other times before anyways. Her children were fairly quiet, actually, Michael wasn't ever as loud as the twins had been, and now, Ruby and Chris mellowed out enough at night, and the odd time they'd get nightmares and come into her room which wasn't far. The two three year olds were now able to walk, and that meant putting things up, and baby proofing the house a bit. Michael had started to crawl recently too. Either way, Astrid was pregnant with her and Rafe's last child. Of course though it wasn't awhile until she was due anyways, she was only about five months in but that was still far enough to show given that she wore clothes that showed it more easily. Astrid had been up the previous night spending it on the bathroom floor, only getting a couple hours of sleep, her husband had been kind enough to move her to their bed once she had fallen asleep.
Needless to say, in the morning she didn't try hard for her appearance to be good. She pulled on a pair of pants and t-shirt meanwhile bringing on one of her big grey sweatshirts that was comfy. She loosely pulled her hair back and then after the reapings she spent a bit of extra time with her family. Making sure that Rafe would be okay with the children while she was gone. She said goodbye to her beautiful children, and she hugged each and every one of them. She soon kissed her husband, Rafe goodbye, and at least being a mentor she knew she'd be coming back home. "See you when I get back." She said to him flashing him a smile and with that, she walked through the district and found the train.
Boarding onto the train she noticed a tribute in the corner, the female one. She gave a small smile and a wave as she went over and grabbed an orange. Astrid sat down on a soft fluffy couch, loving the softness of it. "Hello, Viridiana. I'm Astrid, and I'll be your mentor these games. Feel free to ask anything you want on how to survive, what the games are like, your time before the games in the capitol, or we can you know, play a game of twenty questions and get no where, it's all up to you, the time spent here is what you make of it." Astrid said listing off all the stuff, if the girl was motivated to win she'd help, if not then that wasn't something Astrid could help. She began to peel her orange, she was fairly starving for the time being but she was okay with just an orange for now. | |

| Viridiana listened when Astrid spoke. Vi had no intention to die in the arena and she knew that Astrid had a ton of useful information from her time in the games. She thought for a second on what she would say, "I would like to know what sort of strategy works best in the arena." She knew that it was a pretty simple question, but it woul open the gate for more in depth questions and help her formulate a plan. | |

| Mars found his way to the train station. He didnt have anyone to say goodbye to, so as soon as the reapings had finished, he headed there. He entered a compartment, and took a seat. He noticed that there was a table of food on the far wall. He stood up again and headed towards the table, he hadnt realized how hungry he was. He loaded his plate full of cookies, tarts, and pie and then returned to his seat. | |
