Another day I awoke, still angry for being in the games but this time I got up quicker and changed into my training clothes. I ate breakfast quickly before anyone else from my district got up then left. Today I would do a more physical training, wrestling. I quickly made my way to the training center then to the wrestling mat. No one else was here yet so the instructor told me to wait so I rolled my eyes and waited for someone to come.

Anima kept making her way through all the stations here in the training gym. She knew a lot of them like the stuff on survival and she knew she was fast but then there was the melee station that she had been avoiding up until this point. Not because she didn't want to learn but because she wasn't sure exactly what she should expect. Anima knew a little bit of fighting though, but it wasn't pretty or anything. But when you lived on the streets there was a need to know those kinds of skills. She could definitely use a few pointers though when it came to a lot of that kind of stuff, plus there was the fact that as of right now there was no weapon that screamed out to her and called to her as one she was dying to use. Obviously there were swords and daggers and knives and she knew if that was all she had she would take a knife, because really how hard was it to pick up a knife and swing it hoping to hit someone? It wasn't and so that was why many considered it a beginners weapon of choice.
She stepped up to the mat and noticed a trainer standing in front of her, staring at her to size her up. He looked over to someone else and seemed to shake his head which caused her eyes to then turn and look at what he was seeing. It was a boy, one who looked to be taller and bigger then her in a lot of ways. This boy must have been looking for someone to wrestle or something or else why would he just be standing there like he had nothing better to do with his life but stand there. Anima was deemed too small to wrestle this boy, which wasn't even the reason she was there but she was being denied anyways. Not like she really wanted to wrestle this kid, but she had a feeling that even if she was thrown in the ring with him she could still hold her own, she may look frail but that didn't mean that she necessarily was.
Anima simply rolled her eyes as she crossed her arms across her chest when the all too familiar voice popped up from behind her. It seemed she wasn't able to get him stuck in a good enough conversation back at that agility course and he had still followed her here. "Ooh! Wrestling. I'm actually pretty good at this. Where do we sign up, good sir?" His peppy tone echoed around her and once again grated against her nerves but she didn't let it show. Instead she just looked up at the trainer and spoke a little herself.
"Just teach me something, how to get out of holds, how to use a weapon. Anything. Let those two wrestle if they must." She moved her head to motion towards the two boys and the main trainer raised his hand to signal another trainer to come by and help her. This one was a woman who looked to be about 5'6" or so, but more muscular then her. Anima walked with her and listened to what she said. This woman trainer taught her a couple of holds and showed Anima how to get out of them. After a few tries Anima was able to get them down and was then moved on to more advanced maneuvers. She just kept going over them, they were useful after all and could actually prove useful in getting away. After a few more wrist grab breaks she looked over towards the boys, catching a small glimpse of them but instead of the normal straight face she usually had on she had a slight smile on her face.
