Other than that, the only problem I can see is that Valentine is a little too perfect. One of her flaws is fear that she's being watched by a duck. xD Uh-uh. Especially considering that she has 4 very prominent, Games-assisting talents, she should have more of a flaw than 'reckless.' Please expand on this, even if you don't add another specific flaw. How would this bring her down in a situation? Reckless goes well with overconfident, bites off more than she can chew, etc. etc. This isn't a big issue- more of a suggestion/request.

Oh, and for her history, there isn't really a training center where they would grow up and be raised. This is the Hunger Games, not Divergent. There's not really a Dauntless living quarters training facility type thing. But I'll let it slide because I doubt it will come up in RP.

I feel stupid now. I origianally put her in district four, but changed it to two in my mind, and forgot to retype it. (I decided her personality made her a career.) I feel dumb! I will make those changes.

(Playby-Asa Butterfield) I'm 5' 9" tall. I have toned muscles, mostly from my daily jogs; but I'm quite thin for my age. I've got medium, black hair. I have pale blue eyes, and wear reading glasses in school. I have pearl white teeth that are mostly straight, and pale pink lips. I have a slightly triangular face. I'm on the pale side of things, but whatcha gonna do? I have a scar shaped like a cresent moon on my left hand. Once a girl told me that "I'd be cute if I weren't a nerd." Valentine almost punched her, it was pretty funny.  
Personality:
I am an INTJ, which means I live in the world of ideas and strategic planning. I find that the most admirable qualities in a person are Intellegence, strength(Mental and physical) and humor. Some would call me bossy, I'd consider it... persuasive. I love to have a good laugh with my friends, but am a usually serious person. I am well grounded and realistic. I don't easily trust people and am naturally suspicious of others. The ends justify the means.

Brief History:
My name is Vlad. I was born in the rich part of district 2. My mom and dad sent me to a training facility so that I could have a chance at being a victor. I'm naturally skinny, but I work hard to be one of the best fighters in the room. I was a pretty smart kid, I picked up on stuff quickly. When I was younger, I met a trainee named Valentine. She's my best friend. We train together and stuff too. Every day I take a two to three mile jog before breakfast. I'd love to be in the games, It would be pretty awesome.

I didn't have a problem with the district for Val, so I'm not sure we're on the same page here, but whatever. It'll do.
