"Welcome welcome, to the annual thirty-second hunger games!" a voice boomed over the pa into the crowd. "We select a couragous young man, and woman from each district to play in the hunger games!" She said peppy like and then showed a video about the history and background of the games. "Now, ladies first.." She put her hand into the glass bowl and pulled out a name.
"Katie Leven(NPC)"
Then she went over to the men's bowl and put her hand in and dug out a name.
"Cai Canidis"
"Katie Leven and Cai Canidis are your tributes for the thirty second hunger games!"

Valerie felt her hand in the air before she realized why she had raised it. She had been training her brain to
respond with a raised hand at the Reapings if her name wasn't called, and apparently it has worked. Good, she
thought triumphantly. That hypnotist Daddy hired must have worked. It's a shame we had him 'disappear' when we
thought it wasn't making a difference. Oh well. She shimmied around a few people and stared up at the escort.
"I volunteer!" Valerie called out, strutting up to the stage. "I, Valerie Royal, doting daughter, do hereby volunteer
for the place of District 3 female tribute for the 32nd Annual Hunger Games!"

Kaius fidgeted by the row of boys as the Reapings took place. It's that time of the year again and it always made him nervous, made him think of things he didn't want to. The last of where she last saw him, and he last heard her. No names of his, and Kaius wasn't sure what to feel. To feel thankful? That he'll live to see another year of this torture again? Whatever it was, it was over, none of his concern. But was it? Kaius stared at the ground, waiting for things to be over until he heard a voice. A voice so similar, as if it sounded just like the girl he knew. It made him look up in a sharp turn to face the brave girl. Just like Sora, a death wish by the raise of the hand. Kaius had the urge, as if a second chance at doing something he was to much of a coward to do in the past. He slapped his own death wish on his forehead, "...I volunteer.. As tribute to the 32nd Hunger Games." He heard himself echo after the girl and then turned towards his family, face distorted with sorrow. Why? No one will never know why, it's just one of those annoying questions that will never have an answer, just as to why Sora got up the stage by her own free will, just as what he was about to do now.
