I thought Ari might be busy so I made you a couple options, if not to use then to help figure out what you want on there. :PI tried to make ones that show options for their content and I have editable copies of all of them I believe so I can take district off, add something, change face picture, remove background texture, add background texture, change background color, change some fonts around, change text color, whatever.

Option 1 (full heart texture over plain background, first picture):

Option 2 (no heart texture, gradient background, second picture):

Option 3 (faded heart texture over gradient background, second picture):

So basically the options to choose to add/remove from any of these are whether you want her district on there, which I didn't both doing to any of them because I can do it to all of them easily, first or second picture, heart texture or no heart texture. Other than that, I can also change the things I listed above. Points will be taken off upon final completion and have not yet been removed.
