| Isa Turbine  ---------- Isa walked into the Upper District, where 'illegal stuff' went on. If Isa's parent's caught her here, she'd be dead meat. But Isa just needed some space to think. After the 29th games, and the loss of little Rose... no one was the same. Isa missed her little sister, the one who she could share pranks with Ryan. Isa looked around the people of District 8, standing at tables and trying to negotiate prices. She remembered bringing Rose here once or twice, and smiled at the memory.
But Isa was pulled out of thought as she accidentally knocks into someone, and they spill whatever they were carying."Oh, sorry..." Isa rambles before standing up and brushing the dirt off of her pants. She continues to a small stall, ran by an older women selling flowers tied together with a small ribbon."I'll have that one..."
