Evie pranced around, her black tutu and strap-on wings fluttering along with her. She was dressed in a cute little bumblebee costume, and was loving her antennae headband, because is bobbed around, which was lots of fun. "Eeeeehhh!" she squealed, running around, squirming, and poking people. She was having the time of her life. All the pretty lights and new people and fancy costumes... it was breathtaking. She danced around, crashing into people and generqally acting hyper. She had had a lot of candy and was totally jazzed on sugar. "Hiiiiii..." she slurred, not directing the word at anyone in particular.

Silver Edge, formerly of District 2, floated through the crowd. Literally floated. She had been killed in the Hunger Games, but had somehow found her way back to the living world. Her form flickered slightly and glowed with an eerie, ghostly light. Nobody really seemed to notice she wast alive though. Especially one particular girl, dressed as a bumble bee. She actually greeted Silver, but her words were slurred. She might not even be able to see Silver properly. "Hi." she said in her regular sweet voice. It hasn't been heard for a few years, but Silver could speak in this place apparently. In the ghost world you didn't need to talk or anything. This dead tribute surveyed the girl before her as she waited for a reaction.

Kaira slowly walked through the crowds of people in a pretty white dress and ballet shoes with her hair in a bun. She had heard that ghosts were also flating around. “Skye,” she whispered and began to walk quietly[ As others had said, many ghosts were present. She recognized a particular young ghost and walked over to her. “excuse me, You're Sliver Edge, right? I'm looking for my brother, Skye Walker. Have you seen him someplace?” she asked politely and quietly.

Evie smiled at Silver, giggling. "Hi!" She noticed the girl's ghostly appearance but didn't seem to care. "And hi to you too! What district are you from?" she chirped, speaking to Kaira and patting her on the head. Evie hummed quietly to a random tune that made no sense, not even to her. She liked how there were ghosts. Evie wanted to meet more ghosts. She wondered what had happened to the girl's brother. She also wanted to meet more people. She wanted to meet anyone and everyone she could! This was so much fun.

“I'm from district 4.Nice to meet you,” Kaira replied in a reserved manner. “I'm so happy that ghost are here too. I can finally talk to my dead brother,” she added, smiling a little.“I've missed him a lot,”

Rosalee walked into the costume party with a wild grin on her face. She hadn't the slightest idea how she came upon this place, but she had a costume on. She wasn't going to be a tribute, no, you only had to live through that once. Rose was dressed in her parade clothes, which made her look like a European style princess. She saw a group of girls talking and smiled widely. She wondered if her voice could be heard in this place. Some of the girls talking looked familiar. One seemed to be from the Hunger Games a few years back, but Rose had lost track of the years after a while. Her form was flickering in the light, but since it was fairly dim at the party, Rosalee could actually be seen. "Hello!" she giggled to the girls, walking her way into a conversation.

Rosalee looked at the girls and smiled. One of them was talking about her dead brother, and didn't look very much older than Rose herself. A frown passed over the dead tribute's face, but soon shifted back to it's normal appearance. "I'm Rosalee, from District Eight!" she annouonced with a wide grin.

Josh happily walks in, now that he is dead he has no reason to be mean. He happily walks through the party saying hi to everyone. Then began to dance his pants off
