Personality/Appearance
Physical Appearance: Short, light brown hair that grows very slowly. Tall, about 6ft 3in, but with a slim build. Muscular arms that make for long distance throwing, gained through times working with heavy metal to make transport. A heavy set jaw sits below a pair of deep brown eyes that could stare holes through someone.
Personality: Pyrite is relatively quiet and keeps himself to himself, having very few close friends. He can be funny when he wants to be and is happy around his family, but he is strong-willed and focuses on tasks set with undivided attention. The death of his mother and oldest sister in an accident during the construction of a train left him having to cling onto his father, and has developed an incredibly strong bond with him to the extent where he would risk his life hunting if he couldn't bring home enough money. He has been worried since his mother died that he would be reaped and have to leave his father behind to cope for himself.
Flaws: Doesn't like killing, knowing how it can make families suffer. Sometimes over-thinks things.
Talents: Strong arms from building transport. Fast runner, pipped to the finish line only occasionally by the lighter boys. Knows how to throw a spear or shoot a bow, having once had a weekend job with a local butcher legally hunting for meat. He would use handmade wooden spears or basic bows to kill the animals, though wasn't perfectly accurate 100% of the time. Mentally agile, but sometimes over-thinks.

Brief History: Joined a local school and excelled in mentally and in some respects, physically, making him an almost model student if it weren't for his shyness. Got a weekend job at 'Jaiden's Joints' Butchers at age 11, catching pigs for the shop and earning a small amount of money that he would almost always use to supplement his family's food. At age 13 he left his butcher's job to start helping his family in train construction, starting by taking small parts to the assembly line but later taking charge of placing heavier parts. When his mother and sister died he shied away from construction for a while, but eventually had to return, if only to earn money to survive. His lack of money later on meant he learnt to survive on the bare minimum, hardly eating any food and having to work very hard for what he ate.
