I stand by the place that I first kissed Maria. I have to get closure somehow, and for some reason I feel like this will help. I touch the stone wall, it feels cold to my touch. I picture the moment in my head and smile. It feels like it was a decade ago, when it reality only about a year or so. That was before the Hunger Games, that was when she was still.... Mine. I remember the feeling of it, it was unforgettable. I don't think I'll find somebody else like her. I sigh. I lean against the wall, almost as if I'm waiting for somebody. But there's nobody to wait for. Everybody I love is gone.
