Brief History: When her mother found out she was pregnant she told her father, who proceeded to leave the District. Her mother had left her at the orphanage one day shortly after. Savera grew up with a grouchy personality, but she had two friends of her own. As she got older and faced the threat of the reaping, she often cried for long periods of time, and pushed her friends away. She often cried in her room, not talking to anyone until she was 14. Then she proceeded with her normal grouchy personality and got her friends back.
Physical Appearance: She has wavy, chocolate brown hair and sharp, blue eyes. She has a small frown always on her face, and always looks rather confident. She's 5'7, and is average weight. She is actually pretty muscular. She doesn't like to look people in the eye.
Personality: Savera to other people can seem pretty arrogant and conceited. She often acts like this because she's embarrassed of her past. She only lets people who are very close to her see what she really acts like, a shy little kid who wants attention but doesn't know how to ask for it. So, she's one of those people who but up a brave front because they're ashamed of their actual personality. She has trouble explaining things, and it's pretty difficult to impress her, but if you can she watches with wide child-like eyes, listening to every word you say.
Flaw: She's easily distracted, and easily scared. She is very easily manipulated

Talents: It's hard to get her to be frustrated, so she can concentrate on things easily. Due to always be sitting in a silent place with nothing but herself to keep her company, she can hear well and can see very well in the dark. She can sit silently and very still for an rather long amount of time.
