Brief History:
When the Carters family had their first child, the house was a place of wonder and joy. It seemed that their life couldn't get any better. Jonathon Carters had just landed his first decent job in the power plants, and Melanie Carters had gotten a job at the bakery. The small family was doing well. The young Twyla was very fun-loving and was always smiling. When she reached the age of 4, the Carters were expecting another child.

They were enthused, and really, who wouldn't be? Their life was going just as planned, and everything was perfect. At least; it was. Twyla's mother passed away following the birth of Lyssa Carters. Her father was very upset, and so was Twyla. That day was the day she lost her spark in life. The once bright-eyed child was silenced by the cruel eyes of real life.

Now a days, Twyla goes by "Ty" or her real name. She helps keep up her broken family's spirit the best that she can. Her father lost his job, and now works on the power plant, and helps to fix it. He taught his daughter about the machines in the large factories, and how to work them. Twyla spends most of her time working on small things, like helping her sister around and trying to keep her head held high. She also slips out of the border sometimes, just to see if she can catch anything and bring it to her family.
Physical Appearance:
Twyla is a pretty girl, but doesn't see herself like that. She has smooth, thin, blonde hair that goes to her mid-back. However, you wouldn't know that because she keeps it in a braid or a bun most of the time. She has her father's blonde hair, and her mother's blue eyes.

Now, when I say blue, I mean blue. Twyla's eyes are a stunning electric blue color, similar to the sky on a clear day. She has thin blonde eyebrows, and a clear complexion. Since the Carters' aren't very wealthy, they wear plain clothes. Twyla would rather die than wear clothes fashioned in the capitol. She often wears dark colored slacks, a plain shirt, a jacket, and lace-up shoes.
Personality:
Twyla is the silent type. She doesn't socialize, ever, not anymore. Ever since the death of her beloved mother, the girl hasn't said many words. She doesn't think there is a point to it. Twyla has all she thinks that she will ever need. A family that loves her, a life, the ability to breathe, and food. At least, most of the time she has those things.

She is often soft and fragile when spoken to, unless found in a good mood. Usually, that's when she is allowed out of the house, and can do whatever. Twyla has a strong loyalty to her friends, few but still there. She would do anything and everything for them. She also is very stubborn, but can have a sense of humor.

Brief History:
Rose and her siblings grew up with everything they wanted. Their parents were rich, and with such a large factory, their business is still going strong. Rosalee grew up, loving her siblings and parents. She got along with them, and still does. Rose likes to go outside and make new friends or talk to people. She also enjoys bothering her siblings, and playing small pranks on them. In the end, Rosalee usually apologizes through her laughter.

Being so young and carefree, she hasn't worried about the fate that lingers in front of all kids between the ages of 12 and 18. Rose hasn't put a thought in about the Games. She also gets what she wants all the time, and doesn't know what it's like to be hungry.
Physical Appearance:
Rosalee is a pretty little girl. She has long, smooth brown hair. Her hair goes past her shoulders. Rose usually puts her hair back in the front part of her face, and leaves the rest down by the sides of her face.

She has pretty blue-grey eyes that sparkle when she smiles. Rose has pink colored cheeks, and dimples when she grins. She stands at about 5' 3", and is still growing. One day, she hopes to be taller than her sister. Rosalee usually wears pleated skirts and dressy tops.
Personality:
Rose is a very kind and compassionate person. She likes to make people feel better about themselves, and just to have fun. Rosalee can often be found bothering her brother or sister, but doesn't really mean it. The girl also has a great sense of humor. Rose loves making people laugh and smile, and is very good at it.

One of the downfalls to her is that she is way to trusting. Rose makes new friends fast, and trusts them completely. That also means that she doesn't get sarcasm very easily, and is easily convinced. Rosalee also has a very young, innocent nature, and isn't ready to be thrown into the Hunger Games. At least, not emotionally ready.

- Rosalee is very trusting, and easily convinced of anything.
- Rose also doesn't really understand the Hunger Games yet, and is very young at heart.

Brief History:
Lex was born into a decent family. He had one older brother, Kennith, who was 3 years older than him. Note 'was'. His family was very tight and loving, making the boy's childhood a good one. The Sax family got by with James' wages, and Kelli's handiwork. Lex's mother made all of their clothing, which saved them a decent amount of money. That is, until Kennith turned 15. The annual Hunger Games was coming up, but the Sax family didn't think it would be involving them. At the Reaping, Kennith Sax was called up. No one in thier family could've seen it coming, and they took it as a huge emotional blow. Lex was heartbroken, and almost volunteered for his brother, but being younger, knew it would've been a bad idea. During the games, Kennith died at the first bloodbath, killed by a career taking a spear to his neck

Soon after the Games, the Sax family was uneasy. James was mad at the Capitol for a while, and would speak loudly of his hatred towards the Hunger Games. Well, Lex's father shouldn't have done that. The next day, Mrs. Sax had an 'accident' She was walking by the power plants when one of the rooms exploded, killing her. Mr. Sax took this very hard, and still hasn't forgiven himself. He threw himself into his work and hardly paid attention to his son. Lex doesn't talk to him much, and instead looks for work.
Physical Appearance:
Lex is a decent looking boy. He has dark black hair that has a sort of wind-swept look to it. The boy likes to keep himself clean, which also means that he likes to keep his hair the way he wants it. (which is shown in the picture above) he has thick dark brown eyebrows that don't take away from his chocolate eyes.

Lex's skin is fair, but usually closer to the pale side. He doesn't go outside much, and therefore isn't really tan. He stands at about 5' 11", and weights roughly 140 lbs. The boy usually dresses in a plain shirt and jeans, as well as his boot-like shoes.
Personality:
Lex is a decent guy, who tries to get along with everyone. Sadly, due to events in his life, the boy can get mad at people who get in his way. Having a sense of humor can also be a bad thing, and Lex sometimes lets his temper rise too much, and ends up offending people. Most often, he never means to hurt anyone, and tries to convince himself that it was a mistake and he was only having a bit of fun. The boy secretly wants revenge on the careers, and wants to be in the arena so that he can avenge his brother's death.

Now, how about we get to the positive side of Lex? He is a very humorous and likes to make people laugh. That doesn't however hide the fact that he want justice. He can keep his mouth shut about the capital, but when it comes to everyday arguments, Lex won't hesitate to butt in and fix it. The boy just really wants peace through out the districts.
Flaw:
- Lex has a temper that flares to often.
- He can also easily offend people with his humor without meaning too.

Brief History:
Talia grew up in the middle class of District One, with her older sister, Thalia. She always thought that her older sibling was so perfect, and such a goody two shoes. When Talia would do anything out of hand, her sister would've already told her parents. The girl wasn't happy to be left in the sidelines because Thalia was a know it all. Angry, even at a young age, the girl was seeing red. The Vinpointe's had a tree house that the girls would play in from time to time in their backyard. One day, Thalia was leaning against the siding, and her little sister gave her a shove, just enough to send her over the edge. Thalia was dead, and everyone blamed the tree house.

Their lives didn't really get any better after that. Talia's mother began throwing herself into her work, as well as her father. It seemed without their oldest daughter, her parents couldn't function right. Talia tries her best not to think of that day, and she is putting on a face, pretending everything is fine. But it isn't. Every night, the girl has nightmares of the day she killed her own sibling.
Physical Appearance:
Talia is a very pretty girl, just like her sister was. She has shoulder length blonde hair. Her hair is a golden color, and very wavy. She doesn't have to do anything with it to make it how it is. It's natural, as she would say. Talia's eyes were a green color when she was younger, and it is still a little green. Now her eyes are more of a green/ dark brown mixture. Her lips are pink, but she usually makes them a red color. Her skin is a fair color with no blemishes. She stands at about 5' 7", with long legs.

Talia dresses like a lot of District Ones' people. She likes to wear frilly clothing with too many accessories and too much make up. The girl doesn't really like to wear pants, so she can always be seen in skirts or dresses. She isn't a very casual person.
Personality:
The Peacock
Talia is very petty, and vain. She doesn't like talking to people who she doesn't think are worthy of hearing her talk. On that note, the girl can talk for just about forever. Talia likes to talk about herself the most, and her little problems. She also is very inconsiderate and always thinks that she should come first, no matter the price. The girl values her self - being over everyone else's safe keeping, hence why she killed her own sister. She hates when people get in her way, and is very stubborn. Talia wouldn't hesitate to snap at someone, and maybe kill them.

The Mouse
Talia is also scarred from the day she killed her sister, and is very quiet about the subject. She won't be like this on most days, but when she is it's awful. The girl will sit in her room and cry, filled with grief. Talia is scared of her shadow, in that way, and doesn't want to have to kill anybody. She would much rather die herself. Then again, she hardly ever shows this side of her.

Brief History:
Emmy grew up a daughter of a fisher and a net maker. Her mother taught her how to makes nets and knots, so her father and younger brother could fish. Coral always had a fear of water, and didn't want her daughter going in it. Perch convinced his wife to at least let Edmund go in the waters fishing with him, because otherwise he wouldn't have enough people to work the boat. Emmy's mother agreed, but didn't want her daughter by water. However, Emily wanted to see water. She would walk out to the pier early in the morning and watch the sun go up by herself. She knows how to swim, but took her mother's warning and would never go in. Emmy would just watch, until one day.

She was sitting on the dock, as usual, and noticed something in the water. It was bigger than a fish, but smaller than a boat. Emmy looked over the waters and saw the object splashing around. When she realized it was a person, she slipped off her sandals and jumped in the water. Emmy learned quickly, and swum out to meet the drowning child. She saved the little girl, who had been fishing on her own. Emmy didn't want the younger girl to tell anyone what happened, and she didn't. Their secret was safe, as well as Emmy's swimming.

Brief History:
Jennifer, or "Jett" as she prefers, grew up in a large family. Her father was a vehicle designer, and his job was showing room for improvement at the time that she was born. The Briggs family has always been in the middle class, leaning towards being richer. Jett never liked to stay at home and sit, or play with her younger sister. That was boring, according to her. She would much rather go outside and run around. Her oldest sister, Jamie, said that was a waste of time. Jennifer really could care less, because she would sneak out every morning to go play with the neighborhood kids. Her parents told her to be careful on the streets, but Jett knew her speed would save her if need be.

As her siblings got older and began to move out of the house, Jett had to be at home more, taking care of her younger sister. Jacen and Jamie would work all day when they didn't have school, leaving Jennifer and her mother to do all of the work. The family always came together for supper, meaning there was plenty of work to do. Now a days, Jett still works at home, but not as much, since there is only three of the Briggs children coming in at night.
Physical Appearance:
Jett is a decent looking girl, standing at a height of 5' 6". She has long legs, which also is why she can run so fast. She has wavy blonde hair, usually in a braid or a ponytail. Sometimes she leaves it down, but not often. Jett's hair goes a little past her shoulders. She has hazel eyes, that look different in different lighting. Outside, her eyes are more of a green color, inside, they look brown. She has fair skin, and a scar on the back of her hand from falling out of a tree at a young age.

Jett likes to dress casually, in jeans and a tee shirt most of the time. She doesn't see the reason to dress up or be fancy. The idea of dresses is appalling to her. The girl also loved her leather boots, because she doesn't have any better running shoes.
Personality:
Jett is a tomboy. She likes to run outside, be rough, at least she used to as a kid. She still gets along better with the guys, and doesn't understand girls. Jett thinks of herself as an independent person, who won't listen to what others say. The girl is very stubborn in that way. She also doesn't really accept help willingly. She thinks that she can do anything by herself without needing help.

On the contrary, Jett is very forgiving. She won't apologize herself, but she doesn't mind when others are wrong, and she forgives. Jett also can be somewhat compassionate, sometimes. Jett usually is the quieter one, and doesn't socialize much anymore. She also isn't one to start a conversation. Usually, though, she is cold and doesn't think she needs any help with anything. She is very stubborn in that way.

Pets: A male kitten with rainbow colored hair. Livvy calls him Roy G. Biv.

History: Livvy was born to two wealthy Capital Citizens, Beverly and Hanes. She was the youngest of two children, and was just as spoiled as her older brother, Hanes Jr. Her parents owned a business that had been continued by her grandparents. Their business helped supply various hair extensions for the citizens. It's called, 'Hair by K. "K" being which ever Kinsworth employee got stuck styling you. Livvy never had to worry about anything, and enjoyed bossing people around. Sooner or later, however, her father cracked. The business was going down hill, because of an unsatisfied customer. Her father was furious, and her mother grew sad. They put Hanes Jr in charge, because he was ten years older than Livvy. Now, she takes care of the ideas, and her brother takes care of the business matters. It is a big job for her, but then again, it's a family thing and she doesn't have to do that much.

Appearance: Livvy has waist length red hair. It was a natural color, but she wanted to have more than just red hair, it was okay, but bland none the less. She decided to get feather extensions for her red hair. Now she has multiple colored feathers in her hair; rainbow, tan and brown, green, and black, ect. Livvy also usually has rainbow colored fake eyelashes. She has a thing for rainbows, if you haven't noticed.

Personality: Livvy is a hyper girl. She likes to have fun, and get new clothing. She doesn't have a wide circle of friends, but likes to socialize with everyone none the less. Livvy can also try and convince people to do things, because she does that all the time at home. With her parents recuperating from their break down, they just want to have their kids happy. Livvy's "happy" is having everything she wants and making sure that everyone adores her.

One thing before Twyla is accepted, we already kind of have a character named Twyla and it may get confusing so is there anything else you could possibly change it to? Other than that she'll be accepted.

Well, I'm the other one with a character named Twyla, but her full name is Twyla-Belle because I couldn't decide which one, so if she goes by Ty it's fine with me. There can just be Twyla-Belle who goes by Twyla and Twyla who goes by Ty. Well, if it's okay with Sor and Gaz. (The admins/GM's.)

Also, for Rosalee, I know she's a WIP, but Ciara Bravo is already taken as a face-claim. Sorry. If you need help with a faceclaim you can go to Sor's FC thread. Smile
